You Will Need
-
Step 1Cut a long strip of tulle (about 30 cm)

Step 2Fold it on itself to give it the right shape
-
Step 3once you're happy with it, sew in the middle to fix it
-
Step 4sew a botton, in a colour of your choice, in the centre..
-
Step 5now start sewing on the back all the ribbons
-
Step 6and you're done!
You can apply it on T-shirts, bags and wathever you like :)
