A simple DIY for the perfect hostess gift or party coaster.
Please strap yourself in and brace for how easy this is. This little project would be great for keeping track of whose drink is whose at fabulous cocktail parties. They'd also be good placecard stand-ins for an equally fabulous dinner party.

Step 1
Materials: chalk cloth (available from Etsy seller Oilcloth Addict) or black vinyl, a fancy little shape, a pen or marker for tracing, craft paint, paint brush
Step 2
Trace the outline of a fancy little shape onto the back of the chalk cloth.
Step 3
Cut it out.
Step 4
Flourish it with a little paint on the edges.
Step 5
Personalize!
