I made a bit of a big job of this one and had to finish it by hand. Owing to this and the fact that the guitar design was from a preprinted T-shirt, I haven't done a how-to this time.
If you look at my tote bag, that how-to can be adapted to do loads of different designs.
The guitar volume control is a jeans button, and the fender logo is appliqued from another part of the t-shirt.
