You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees
Cream butter & sugar together.

Step 2Add egg & mix through.

Step 3Add flour.
Stir to a soft paste.

Step 4Roll out the dough to about the thickness of a pound coin.

Step 5Cut out with a round cutter.
Place on a tray.
Bake for 15-20 mins.

Step 6Remove from the oven & cool completely.

Step 7Spread jam on half the biscuits.

Step 8Top the Biscuits with the remaining Biscuits.
Spread icing on top of the Biscuits.
Add a half cherry on top.

Step 9Serve.
