Homemade from scratch, cheap and easy and yum!

I shop and wal-mart, and everything I use is nice and simple.

Recipe

  1. Step 1 1

Wal-mart brand 1 box. If you have a taste for the fancy stuff go for it.

  2. Step 2 2

This is what the sesame seed oil looks like in the Asian food section, I had a hard time finding it the first time.

  3. 3

Regular soy sauce, egg, sugar ,salt and pepper is what is need also.

  4. Step 4 4

Start just the chicken broth to boil.

  5. Step 5 5

After the chicken broth is boiling add all other ingredients except the egg, and whisk together. Keep the broth mixture on the boil.

  6. Step 6 6

In a separate bowl whisk the eggs to the usual scramble look. Then slowly pour the egg in the broth while boiling in a small steady stream as seen here. While you are doing this the broth is flash boiling the eggs as it makes contact and creates a small shredded eggs in the soup. So don't rush it.

  7. Step 7 7

I like to let it boil for a min or 2 more to make sure are the eggs are done. Then just pour it in a bowl, to me this is my chicken noodle soup!
