Brightens up every party!
I've seen garlands like this before and I had lots of pretty fabrics and ribbons lying around. So I made this one for my niece Anna. She can use it for years. Or maybe I'll keep it myself, I think it's pretty.
(I ran out of bias tape so it's not finished yet. That's why not all of them are attached)

Step 1Gather lots of pretty fabrics and ribbons.

Step 2Cut out triangles this way to get the most out of the fabric. You can draw on the back of the fabric.

Step 3Place 3-4 layers of fabric on each other and cut out the triangles. Make sure you pin the fabric to prevent shifting.
Cut out as many as you want and iron them before continuing if they are crinckled.

Step 4Now for the fun part: decorate some, lots or even all of them with ribbons and stuff.

Step 5And the rather boring part: zig-zagging the sides to keep them from fraying.
You don't have to zigzag the top.

Step 6Finaly, sew all your pieces on a ribbon or bais tape.

Step 7And you're done.
