Step 1Ruffle the ribbon
Measure 10cm of ribbon and bring the needle from the back of the ribbon's one end. Thread a needle and make two knots avoid slipping, running stitch in the middle of the ribbon while threading one bead at each stitch, here I add six beads. Knot and cut off extra thread. -
Step 2Stick hair clip
Stick hair clip to the backside of the ruffled ribbon. Sew an applique and two buttons at one side of the ribbon as embellishments.
