You Will Need

Step 1Mix the eggs & sugar together until pale.

Step 2Add the cream, milk & vanilla.
Mix through.

Step 3Pour into the Icecream machine.
Set program.
Churn for approximately 50 mins.

Step 4mix through the broken Diam Bars.

Step 5Decant to a tub.

Step 6Serve.
