not really a great step by step but you can basically see what i did to them. took me almost a week to make.

base parts i started with:
Cutting Welding Goggles 50mm -
3 Pocket Watch Dials/with prtll mvmts w/cases for parts

Boys Brown Leather Belt with Brushed Silver Buckle

this is after my 1st paint job on them [keep in mind i painted them about 4 times in total not including the various touch up jobs i had to do on them]
i got this affect by using Window Screen and spraying through it. -
replaced one lens with metal plate.
-
added strap made from Boys Brown Leather Belt with Brushed Silver Buckle. later i used normal sliver wire to get these to stay on than spray painted it gold.

added clock face & gears
-
finished [i left some of the green showing through in my final paint job cause i think it makes them look more aged]
