Pick out your buttons (in this case, mine are stars/hearts).

Figure out how you'd like for them to be arranged. Glue the buttons together. Allow to dry if you want...I work carefully so I usually don't wait.

Glue the entire arrangement to the flat circle base on the bobby pin. Let dry. Done!
