This is a great dish to make ahead or put in the oven & forget about for an hour.

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Place the chicken in oven dish.

Step 2Place the garlic in the dish.

Step 3Mix the herbs with the stock & cream.
Pour over the chicken.

Step 4Cover & Bake in the oven for 50 mins to 1 hr until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 5Remove the chicken from the pan.
Mash the garlic into the sauce.
Add some corn flour to the sauce to thicken it up.
Add another dash of cream to bring the sauce together.
Return the chicken to the pot.

Step 6Serve.
