You Will Need
Chicken

Chicken Breast
1 tbsp
Lime Juice
1 tbsp
Olive Oil
1 tbsp
Cajun Seasoning
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/4 tsp black
Pepper
Pasta
300 g
Pasta
250 ml
Heavy Cream
250 ml
Chicken Stock
100 g
Mushroom(s)
50 g
Parmigiano Reggiano
2 tbsp
Butter
1 tbsp
Parsley
1 tbsp
Garlic
Minced
1 tbsp
Cajun Seasoning
2
Peppers
Diced
1
Onion
Diced
Salt
Black Pepper

Step 1Place all chicken ingredients together to marinade for at least 1 hr.

Step 2Fry the chicken in a little oil.

Cook the pasta.

Step 4Fry the mushrooms, onion, peppers & garlic.

Step 5Add the Cajun seasoning.

Step 6Add the butter, stir until melted.

Step 7Add the stock & bring to a boil.

Step 8Add the cream, bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat.

Step 9Add chicken, parsley, cheese, salt & pepper.
Stir through.

Step 10Add pasta.
Stir to coat.

Step 11Serve.
