    Take two man shirts

  2. Step 2 2

    Cut the first shirt at 'breast height

  3. Step 3 3

    Cut the second shirt under the breasts

  4. Step 4 4

    Sew the hem on the cut line dashed

  5. Step 5 5

    Insert the elastic

  6. Step 6 6

    Sew the elastic where I drew the black wavy lines
