Cosmic Brownies
Moist & chocolatey.
The brownies are good with or without the icing.

Step 1Heat oven 175 degrees.
Combine butter, sugars & cocoa.

Step 2Add vanilla, eggs & corn syrup.
Stir to combine.

Step 3Add flour, corn flour & salt.
Fold in until just combined.

Step 4Pour into a tray.
Bake for 25 mins.
Allow to cool completely.

Step 5Frosting...
Place sugar, butter & water in a pan.
Heat to melt.

Step 6Combine the icing sugar & cocoa.

Step 7Combine the butter mixture into the icing sugar mixture.
Stir until no lumps.
Set aside to cool & thicken.

Step 8Spread over the brownies.

Step 9Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.

Step 10Cut & serve.
