Moist & chocolatey.
The brownies are good with or without the icing.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Combine butter, sugars & cocoa.
Add vanilla, eggs & corn syrup.
Stir to combine.
Add flour, corn flour & salt.
Fold in until just combined.
Pour into a tray.
Bake for 25 mins.
Allow to cool completely.
Place sugar, butter & water in a pan.
Heat to melt.
Combine the icing sugar & cocoa.
Combine the butter mixture into the icing sugar mixture.
Stir until no lumps.
Set aside to cool & thicken.
Spread over the brownies.
Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
Cut & serve.
