Okay guys, the number of minutes it takes depends on you...
In fact, on the speed you weight your ingredients & on the force you have in your fingertips xD
For about 50 biscuits.
I got 54 this time :)
Happy Mother's Day ♥
1
Gather all ingredients and containers...
2
Add sugar and butter to the flour.
Rub-in the fat until it looks like fine breadcrumbs.
3
Add cocoa, coconut and vanilla essence to the mixture.
4
Rub-in again.
5
Now beat 2 eggs and add them to the dry mixture little by little.
6
Okay, it doesn't look tasty at all now ^^' but later it will :D
7
With the help of a rolling-pin and a few shape cutters, separate the dough :]
Place on a tray with kitchen paper.
8
Let the biscuits bake for around 10 minutes at a temperature of 140'
Tic toc tic toc tic toc ...
9
HOT! HOT! HOT!
As usual make sure they are baked with the use of a fork or knife.
If not, let them in the oven a bit longer.
10
Optional: Chocolate Icing
i was kind of busy today so,
The quickest and simplest way is to take 3-4 tablespoons of chocolate paste.
Heat it up until it turns a bit more liquid. (Add water it necessary.)
Afterwards, dip your biscuits into the chocolate.
11
Place into the fridge for some hours &...tada! :D
