My daughter requested a 'world of candy' for her 8th Birthday cake - I couldn't drive the idea of the Hansel and Gretel gingerbread house out of my mind so that's where we ended up. She was delighted and it tasted delicious. Martha Stewart sponge cake, butter cream frosting and covered with marshmallow fondant. I recommend the marshmallow fondant, it tasted so much better than regular fondant and was very simple to make!
