simple but takes a bit of time.
Took me about 5hrs for around 29 pieces.
Reasonably cheap considering what materials you may need to find.

If enough ask I'll actually write out a tutorial for this...if you can't figure it out from the materials posted. =)

(currently in class so can't go through it all at the moment)

WARNING: don't use wax paper to put your finished pieces on!! The fruit roll up WILL STICK and ruin them! D= I found that Parchment Paper works best! GL
