This ring is made up of buttons in the shape of a flower! I set up the flower design, then placed tape over top to keep the 'petals' from moving around. Then I flipped it over and hot glued the buttons from the back, then added the resizable ring. You could always use wire to make the ring if you don't want to purchase resizable rings.
