Add beads to a headpin and leave 1 cm. Do this 4 times

Bend the headpin 90 degrees at the 1cm part (refer to picture <-)
Do this 4 times -

Using a round nose plier, curl it to make a loop
Do this 4 times -

Attach your loop of the 2 beaded headpin to the loop of your earring hook. Do this twice.
