Apply iron on transfer of logo, or photocopy logo and put it on with mod podge.
Then using Slick fabric paint, make bullethoules and cover the shoes with splatters of "blood"
Leave in a warm safe place overnight to dry, somewhere where nobody is tempted to stick their fingers on it to see if its dry!!!
