my son had a pair of boring black skinny jeans so i went to the store and bought bleach not the non chlorine i put it in a spray bottle and sprayed it on the pants where we wanted it when you are done wash them if you dont the bleach will eat holes in the fabric you could also take a toothbrush dip it in fabric paint and flick it on the pants
