Step 1Heat oven 390/200 degrees.
Place sausage on a tray & bake for 20 mins until cooked through.

Step 2In a pan combine beer, sugar & mustard.
Heat & reduce.

Step 3Mix corn flour with a little water.
Pour in to thickened the sauce.

Step 4Add parsley.
Stir through.

Step 5Cut up sausage.
Place in sauce to coat.

Step 6Serve.
