You Will Need

Step 1Cook pasta.
Brown mince, onion & garlic.

Step 2Add pasta sauce.
Stir through.

Step 3Add sour cream.
Stir through.

Step 4Combine the pasta & sauce together.

Step 5Layer the pasta with the cheese.

Step 6Sprinkle the top layer with more mozzarella & parmigiana.
Cover & allow the cheese to melt.

Step 7Either eat now or reheat later.
