Beef & tomato pasta bake
Really easy to make.
Great to feed a crowd.
Can be prepared ahead & reheated when needed.
Brown mince, onion & garlic.
Add pasta sauce.
Add sour cream.
Combine the pasta & sauce together.
Layer the pasta with the cheese.
Sprinkle the top layer with more mozzarella & parmigiana.
Cover & allow the cheese to melt.
Either eat now or reheat later.
