Step 1Find an empty tequila bottle.

Step 2Funnel submersible floral lights down the bottle with the battery end up.

Step 3Pour rose scented liquid potpourri in the bottle and add clear stones to the bottom of bottle.

Step 4Add a few drops of red food coloring to give it a deep red lustful look.

Step 5Hot glue a battery floral ball light to bottle top and a few rhinestones.

Step 6Drape a necklace chain around the neck of the bottle.

Step 7Drill a hole in the top of a small wood craft board. Design on the computer or hand draw "Love Potion #9" on peel and stick paper and stick on both sides of the craft board.
