Step 1
take three tissue paper roll colour them.....take a square size of card board......colour and decorate it......then stick the three tissue paper roll with hot glue as shown in the picture above.........and here u go...

For a fancier option, I used a picture frame. I painted the cardboard backing of it and glued the rolls on like stated and hung up 2 frames in my bathroom to hold bangles. It's decorative and functional and it doesn't take up my counter space. I'll upload pictures for all to see.
