For those of you that cannot make a perfect omelette to save your life (myself included), this is the dish for you!
I saw this a couple of months ago while watching Paula Deen's cooking show. I finally decided to try it out this morning with my scratch made pancakes (Pancake recipe upon request).

My omelette has bacon, American cheese and onions. I topped it with a little shredded cheddar cheese. I also add a little milk to my egg. It makes them fluffy.

This is a great recipe for picky eaters and large crowds. The omelette is totally customizable so everyone's happy. It's so easy you'll make this time and time again. Try it out and let me know aht you think.
