Take a piece of the cereal box and measure how wide you want it and also how long it needs to be around. Make sure it will fit around your hand!!! Tape it together into a circle and wrap masking tape around it all the way! The cut a peice of paper that will fit around it and take the paint brush, spread it on the braclet and put the paper on. then find the things from the magazine you want to put on it and glue them on with the paint brush. THen paint glue all around the whole thing. let it dry and your done!!!!!!!

get the braclet ready like the first one but instead wrap it with electrical tape. Then hot glue the gems on and your done!
