Apply green lipstick - I used Mint to Be by Lime Crime.
Be sure to get the lips fully covered -

Blot the lipstick lightly

Apply a layer of glitter gel as thick or thin as you like - I used Heavy Metal Glitter Eye Gel by Urban Decay
