How-To Paint Ombre Red Lips

Learn how-to paint your own ombre red lips in #TechniqueTuesday with Cat and then use them to recreate her Ophelia inspired make-up tutorial.

  Step 1

  Start by tracing the curve of your cupid's bow, bottom of your lip and corners of your mouth with the dark red lip pencil.

• 

  Step 2

  Then connect these by tracing the edges of your lips.

• 

  Step 3

  Use a lipstick brush to fill the middle of your lips with bright red lipstick.

• 

  Step 4

  Then, using a dark red lipstick, blend the bright red into the dark lip pencil, creating an ombre.
