Step 1What you need: crepe paper, a scissor, a pen, a sheet of paper.

Step 2Cut the crepe paper based on the final effect you would like to achieve.

Step 3Paste the crepe paper to a sheet of paper and wet it with a brush.

Step 4Wait for about 10 minutes. Remove the wet crepe paper, dry the sheet of paper with a hair drier. The watercolor effect is done!
