oooh A World War Z movie would be absolutely great. =]

The most recent zombie movie I saw was Zombieland, it was hilarious. I loved all the rules for survival.
I like the classic old zombie movies and the newer ones. I think I'd have to say that my favourite zombie movies would have to be Resident Evil: 1 & 3 and Dawn of the Dead.

I just saw The Crazies (not exactly zombies but it is a Romero remake)
They filmed the car wash scene less thna 10 miles from my house at a place called Fountain car wash.
I drove by several times as they were filming.

Oh man, wish I'd gotten in on this convo sooner! I'm a zombie movie freak!! Love the hidden intelligence in the 80's Return of the Living Dead. (Not to mention my favorite line from any zombie movie ever: "...because I love you. So you've got to LET ME EAT YOUR BRAAAAIIIIINNSSS!!!") Zombie Strippers is grossly underrated. Cemetary Man (El Morte del Amore) was good until it fell to pieces at the end. Beautiful movie though so definitely worth the watch. The classic Dead Alive achieves fabulous levels of gore that few movies dare to touch. I will buy any zombie movie I come across, high or low budget, if I've got the extra cash to spend. Here are a few goodies that haven't been mentioned yet:

ZA: Zombies Anonymous -- low budget but so much fun! I picked this one up at Blockbuster. Even after you read the synopsis you still won't believe it.
Undead or Alive -- James Denton and Chris Kattan in a zombie western. Hilarious!
Flight of the Living Dead: Outbreak on a Plane -- How could I not buy this after reading the title? Found it a Walmart of all places.
Boy Eats Girl -- The scene with the construction equipment is priceless.
Undead -- An unusual take on the zombie movie with some really amazing moments.
Automaton Transfusion -- Low budget again but they did a lot with what they had! Great camera angles/shots. The end will piss some people off. Tongue
Dead & Breakfast -- Indy movie with a few recognizable faces. Even though this is a good one, for some reason I fall asleep at the end. It's good though! I can't explain the sleeping. Happy
Dead Meat -- Zombie cow. 'Nuff said.

Dead Snow is on my list now. Thanks for the suggestion!

I am completely fascinated with zombies, and I always have to bully my friends into watching one with me. My friends are such babies, but anyways here's a list of what I've seen.

-Dawn of the Dead (It was really scary the first time I saw it.)
-Shawn of the Dead (really funny)
-Boy Eats Girl (from the makers of Shawn of the Dead...I think)
-Resident Evil Series (I liked it..but I think the video games are a better version.)
-28 Days Later (pretty good)
-28 Weeks Later (A good sequel)
-ZombieLand (Funny, I liked it a lot.)
-Day of the Dead (Meh..okay)
-Fido (I never finished it, fell asleep, but I will watch it)
-Quarantine (scared me a little)
-Scooby-doo on Zombie Island (if this counts, I watched when I was like seven)

And I think that's all. I like zombies, but I still cringe when watching these, they just have that affect on me. I think my favorite would have to be the 28 Days later series, Zombieland, or Dawn of the Dead.

La Horde is my current fave. It's a foreign film but it was really really good. I'm a little bit of a zombie freak, everything I watch, read, write, draw is zombie related. I've drawn some pretty freaky pics of well known cartoon characters as zombies. One of Scooby Doo eating Shaggy. I've had quite a few people tell me I need therapy.. lmao
