What crafty stuff have you been up to today?

I made the Barbie Shoes in to sparkly red Dorothy shoes, like Carina suggested.

I wish I had real shoes like the Barbie ones, I have some flat ones but they're not as cute.

The web is always calling.

The comic sounds interesting.

I have considered getting cheap red stilletos and painting them with clear gorilla glue then rolling them in red glitter then putting some sort of lacquer over them too keep the glitter from going all over.... I would only wear them on days when i need a lil magic...

I'm a dork

haha making your own would be cool! I have seen purple and silver glitter shoes, they were like tap shoes not nice at all.

I made this for my boyfriends sister and her husbands 5th wedding anniversary, which is the wooden one, which is why I bought the wooden plaque Happy Sharon and John, hence the S & J Happy

Aww that is cute, go you!

Today I had this great crafty idea so I ransacked my bedroom in an attempt to find scoobies, only to realise that I had sent them away thinking I'd never be able to make anything out of them - silly me!

I also 'killed' a Barbie as part of a photoshoot for the halloween snippets and drew a new Crafterella in a vampire costume.

I'm looking at a bedsheet I bought years ago to make into something elven. I think now it will be a good 50's dress.

I've been making all kinds of stuff today, but I can't find the cable for my camera to post them Happy

I've been doing cable stitch, also shortening a super long skirt I bought from a charity shop. It was the right shape and right colour for and right fabric density for a mini skirt I'd been dreaming of, so I bought it for £3 then shortened it. If only I could hem in a circle, then it'd be perfect. Nevermind!

In a bit I'm going to go and make a shirt I bought from a trashy tourist shop in Rome into a Lace Camisole. It's got a print on it of Leonard Da Vinci's Man in a circle technical drawing thing. My friends and I bought three identical ones that day and walked around looking like a band of twats. It was such good fun.

i'm the one on the right looking incredibly uncomfortable <3
