How to S'mores?

Hi people,
I would like to make s'mores. According to the internet I need marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers. Now, the problem is, they don't sell graham crackers in The Netherlands. I don't really know what they are. Are they sweet or salted? What can I use instead?
Thanks Happy

I've tried s'mores with Petit Beurre cookies before, but I think they're a bit sweeter than graham crackers. Maybe you can try those thin biscuits like Parovita from LU... (they certainly look like graham crackers...)

I don't know if this helps, but you could try making your own graham crackers.
I havn't tried to do that yet myself, but here is a recipe for them. Happy

I'm a vegetarian and have always had an issue with finding marshmallows without gelatin! I've tried using marshmallow fluff instead but that is a bit impossible to toast.

You could cover a sweet biscuit with a little bit of cinnamon.
