So good! You have to try it yourself!

My coworker brought me a huge zucchini from her garden and I decided to make zucchini bread for my book club. Here's the recipe!

Ingredients

* 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* 2 teaspoons baking soda
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 3 cups sugar
* 1 cup vegetable oil
* 4 eggs, beaten
* 1/3 cup water
* 2 cups grated zucchini
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

This makes two loaves, but I wanted one with the chocolate chips and one without, so I added the 1/2 cup of chips after I poured the first batch into it's pan. If you want both to have chips then do a whole cup!
