About this project
I made these very quickly for dinner and was suprised how fast and good they turned out.
They have the greyish blue colour of bluberry muffins. we at them while still warm and the red was so striking, hence the name my daughter gave them.
I thought that I should upload them before I forget how I made them!
You will need a muffin tray and 12 cases ready.
Preheat oven to Gas Mark 4.
Melt the butter, place the milk and egg in a mixing bowl.
Pour the melted btter onto the egg and milk and whisk.
