I started with white cream all over my face, neck and arms then added dark shading under my cheekbones, on my temples, and on my chest (to look like ribs protruding). For the eyes, just use a lot of dark shadows on the lids, line them with eyeliner then bring a dark shadow down toward your cheeks. I finished with fake blood around my mouth (using dark red lipstick) and a wound by my hairline.
