- Almost Nothing
I never guessed when I first started making these that they would be as popular as they are. If you don't want the bother of making them yourself (or the expense of buying supplies you'll never use again) I sell them in my etsy store. I do not care if you decide to sell these anywhere except for etsy. I'd really hate to have people use a tutorial I provided to compete against me.

1
Gather your supplies.
Jean zippers come in 6", 7", and 9" lengths. Choose the best fit.
I use E-6000 glue because it works so well, but hot glue will probably work, too.
UPDATE: I've started drilling holes in the tabs instead of using glue and putting a jump ring through that... it's faster and much more secure.

Attach the lobster clasp to the jump ring and close the ring.
Glue the ring to the zipper end tab. Make sure that the lobster clasp is facing the correct way (with the opening facing inwards).
If you (like I often do) have a zipper that doesn't have a smooth back, fill in the opening with glue, allow to dry, then attach the clasp.
