  • How to bake a sweet pie / sweet tart. Wild Blackberry Pie Pops - Step 1
    Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees
Spray a baking tray with a non stick cooking spray to allow easy removal

  • Step 2

Roll out your pie crust and cut out as many pieces as allotted by the size of your cookie cutter
Place down your cut pie pieces alternating between sides of your tray to allow optimal space

  • Step 3

Take your jam mixture (I smash berries into a spoonful of jam for better consistency) and place a small spoonful into center of each pie crust piece
Place a lollipop stick then another pie crust piece on top

  • Step 4

Using another lollipop stick press all edges together so pie pop is closed around jam
Take your egg and blend it well. Brush a light coat of egg mixture onto your pie pops

  • How to bake a sweet pie / sweet tart. Wild Blackberry Pie Pops - Step 5
    Step 5

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the top crust is golden brown
Allow to rest a few minutes then sprinkle with powered sugar

This is such a cool idea. Every berry season me and my family go to Mount. Baldy and pick tons of blackberries. Now I know what to do with them all.
