White Chocolate Fudge
This is pretty easy to make.
It is a one pot deal so not too much washing up.
It is a little temperamental about setting up some times, but if it does not set up return it to the pot & add some more chocolate.

You Will Need

Step 1Melt the condensed milk, butter & chocolate together on a low heat.

Step 2Let cook for a few minutes until the chocolate is melted but the mixture does not colour.

Step 3Remove from the heat.
Fill a basin or sink with cold water.
Put the pan into the water to cool it down quickly.
Beat the fudge mixture until it starts to thicken.

Step 4Pour into the tray & allow to set.

Step 5Cut into cubes or bite sized pieces.
It goes in at step one.
