You Will Need

Step 1
paint water on to the paper

Step 2
for the first kind: drip paint onto the paper before the water has dried
second kind:paint light strokes with a pantbrushto make sure your bookmark is nice and flat, put a heavy object on it when wet

add your final touches to the bookmark after the paint dries (add a charm or trace a pattern with a thin marker
