Step 1Measure a square on the cardboard that is 3 1/2 inches wide and 1 3/8 inches tall and cut out.

Step 2Glue down the piece of cardboard in the center on the felt cut to proximately 7 inches wide 2 3/4 inches wide, then apply glue to the top of the cardboard and along the center of the felt on each side.

Step 3Fold the edges over vertically.

Step 4Apply glue along the length of felt and fold the edges over.

Step 5Apply the packing tape to the top of the part of the photo you want to use and then glue it on top of the felt piece.

Step 6Apply Amazing Goop or hot glue to the barrette, the secure it to the bottom of the felt.
