This is the stroganoff recipe but with textured soy instead of beef.
You may just use your own recipe of stroganoff.
Put the olive oil in a pot and add the onion.
Let it cook...
Now add the tomato sauce, ketchup, english sauce (use soy sauce if you don't have english sauce), salt, tomato sauce, water and you can put some spices.
Let it boil...
Add the textured soy (soaked).
Let it cook for around 15 minutes.
Add the cream and the canned mushrooms.
Serve with rice.
