Step 1
Melt yellow candy coating wafers according to package instructions.

Dip one end of a lollipop stick in the melted candy coating and carefully push it into the bottom of the cookie. Let dry.

Step 3
Dip the meringue cookie pop into the melted candy coating and tap the stick on the edge of the bowl to remove excess.

Step 4
Add blue sprinkle raindrops if desired.
** If you cannot find raindrop sprinkles, you can cut blue heart sprinkles in half.
