Neat-o seat BELT!

seat belts are safe! therefore you should carry a seat belt where ever you go! its a swell!

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    get a seat belt and cut the edges and use a lighter to slightly melt it

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    measure the belt around your waist, and mark a line on the longer strap where it overlapped with the shorter. fold over the extra, and sew it in the inner part.( make sure to sew it good)

This has got to b one of the coolest craft ideas ive ever seen! I wish we still had the old white '84 Volvo from my childhood...I remember it having sweet navy interior. This is so cool! Thanks for the how-to!

kewl my son wanted one from the store I wasn't going to pay that kind of money for it...now I can go to the junk yard and get one for close to nothing and make it for him...lol thanks for the great idea!!!

I almost like these better than those fake ones :D

the only reason I don't is because the fake ones are a lot smaller and they don't feel as bulky :D

IF I can find a seatbelt that is small and cute, I'll definatley try this. :D

I need to find a junk yard.... :D
