Mix a Twisted Pornstar cocktail with BATCH in Peckham Rye, London
A “twist" on the classic pornstar martini this fruit forward cocktail uses passion fruit puree and we scorch a mixture of high proof rum and bitters across the top of it for dramatic effect! And, of course, always served with a large shot of prosecco.

Step 1
Method:
Add all the ingredients into the shaking tin and reverse dry shake as above.
Fine strain into a chilled coupe, with a shot of bubbly on the side.

Garnish:
Use an atomiser filled with 50% very high proof rum and 50% bitters (we use Angostura Bitters). Start to spray the drink and light the areole immediately to scorch the surface of the drink slightly and quickly.
