turtle don't leave their shells willingly. their shells our our ribs. do you willingingly leave your ribs behind? poor dead trtles :(

I think some animal caught them and scooped them out of their shells, slurping them up.... ORRRRRRRRRRR They grew wings and learned to fly away..... XD

Contrary to popular "Over The Hedge" movie belief... turtles cannot take their shells off.... so the shells she used are more or less their skeletons. It'd be nice to think there was little nekked turtles running around, but alas, lol. Those shells are awesome by the way!
