all you need is:
1cup -frozen fruit,(mango or tropical blend)
1-ripe banana ,cut into chunks
1/4-tsp-groung ginger (optional)
1cup-100% fruit juice,(mango or pineapple
3/4 cup-low fat plain or vanilla yogurt
shreded coconut (optional)
Place frozen fruit ,banana,ginger(if using),juice and yogurt in a blender or food processor.Blend on highuntil smooth,dilute with additionnal juice (if needed).sprinkle with coconut (if using)
