We are going to need nail polishes in different colours, tape, cord, some jewlery stuff, and a little plastic tube.

We start by painting the tube with the nail polishes. I don't know if there's any other product to paint this, but until now nail polish has worked for me.

To do the degraded paint first with the darkest colour and then superimpose the other. You can also use a sponge to mix them.

We finish to paint the tube and let it dry really well.

To make the black parts put tape in the zones you don't want to be painted. When thw black paint is dry remove the tape. Be careful because if the paint under the tape isn't dry the tape will remove it.

We make all ormanets we want and let it dry again.

To be able to hang this piece put one of these pieces in both sides of tube with a bit of glue or silicon.

Now cut the length of string you want, cut it in half and put together one end of both cords with these pieces.

Put a closure at the other end and, you are done!
